Shipping policy

We strive to ship all orders as soon as we possibly can. We totally understand that you'd like to receive your items right away. Standard orders are shipped by USPS First Class mail. Free Shipping is available on orders of $50, or more.

Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost. We offer USPS Priority Mail, USPS Express Mail, UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day, and UPS Overnight services. Check your options during checkout to see what's best for you.

All orders have tracking numbers. Once your order has been shipped, tracking numbers will be sent by email and/or text (if provided).

Please realize that selecting an expedited shipping service does not necessarily mean that we will prioritize your order during the crazy busy seasons. It means that the shipping company will ship it to you faster. It does not necessarily mean that you are able to jump the queue. Please include a "Need By" date or additional shipping details in the Special Instructions during checkout. We will do the best we can.

If there is a problem because of inventory shortfalls, we will contact you immediately to offer alternatives.
