We strive to ship all orders as soon as we possibly can. We totally understand that you'd like to receive your items as soon as possible.
All orders are shipped by USPS First Class mail. Free Shipping is available on orders of $50, or more.
All orders have tracking numbers. Tracking numbers will be sent by email, and/or by text, once your order has been shipped.
Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost. We offer USPS Priority Mail, USPS Express Mail, UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day and UPS Overnight services. Check your options during checkout to see what's best for you.
Please realize that selecting an expedited shipping service does not necessarily mean that we will prioritize your order during the crazy busy seasons. It means that the shipping company will ship it to you faster. It does not necessarily mean that you are able to jump the queue. However, we ship as fast as we can, and as soon as we can. If there is a problem because of inventory shortfalls, we will contact you as soon as possible to offer alternatives.
Delayed Delivery / Lost Packages:
All packages include tracking. However, there are times when delivery is delayed by shipping services because of high volume, weather, incorrect addresses and 'just because' moments. We are not able to gain more insight into the whereabouts of your package than what you are during the tracking process. I wish that we had an inside track. But we don't.
If you receive notification that your package has been delivered, but it hasn't been delivered, please try these things first:
- Confirm that the Shipping address on your order is correct. Including the house number, the zip code and/or apartment number. The post office rarely tries to correct delivery. Even for the slightest error.
- Talk to your local mail carrier and/or local post office. Please be sure to reference the tracking number associated with your order. Most carriers now carry a handheld device that enables them to track a package on the spot. Have your tracking number handy.
- Check with your neighbors. There is a chance that that the postal carrier delivered it to the wrong address. (Or slipped it behind a planter because you weren't home).
If your package is truly lost, we will do our best to find it. We would file a Missing Mail claim with the post office based on the tracking information from your order. However, a Missing Mail claim can only be initiated 10 business days after the anticipated delivery date. And quite honestly, the post office really doesn't prioritize lost mail. However, it's really rare that we have to file a report. Overall, both USPS and UPS do an exceptional job in delivering our packages, across the world, and across the country, in a timely manner.
If by chance, you suspect that your package may be lost, please contact us by email as soon as you realize it. But please, exhaust the possibilities above before doing so.
